Check out process
Check out is at 11am unless otherwise agreed. Kindly do the following:
- Check for personal belongings
- Strip sheets & leave sheets/towels in hampers
- Make sure to lock all windows and doors
- Empty fridge & take trash to outside bins in the alley
- Kindly place dirty dishes in the sink OR dishwasher - starting cycle is not necessary

House Rules
Guests must agree to these prior to making reservation requests.
- No smoking indoors - minimum $700 fine
- Respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8 am
- No parties or events
- Keep the space clean
- Be considerate of our lovely neighbors
